Returns & Exchanges

At Fanka US, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in our performance gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected.
